         Bacon!      Smoked for 24 hours with corn-cobs and select New                                            Hampshire hardwoods.  Thick-sliced in a 1-pound package.

         Sausage!    Very lean pork sausage prepared with a special blend of                                       spices, fresh frozen in a one pound package.

                           (Happens to be the Milk—daughter’s favorite!)

         Hams!       Boneless smoked hams.  Hams come fully cooked so may be                              served cold or heated in the oven.  Available as whole ham                                (10-12lb) or half ham (5-7lb) sizes)

         Ham Steaks!     Perfect for a smaller meal.
