Bacon! Smoked for 24 hours with corn-cobs and select New Hampshire hardwoods. Thick-sliced in a 1-pound package. Bacon $5.50 / pound
Sausage! Very lean pork sausage prepared with a special blend of spices, fresh frozen in a one pound package. (Happens to be the Milk—daughter’s favorite!) Sausage $4.50 / pound
Hams! Boneless smoked hams. Hams come fully cooked so may be served cold or heated in the oven. Available as whole ham (10-12lb) or half ham (5-7lb) sizes) Hams $6.00 / pound
